Motivation
Hey,
I'm just thinking about how much time it is taking for me to actually start fasting.
I've been doing lots of research, watching lots of vídeos, reading some articles, and those results I see, I want to have them as well.
As I go delaying more and more my fasting, I just see how much weight I'm actually gaining, and not loosing as I should.
Therefore, I think today I made a decision.
I've been meditating, I've been working out [not so much actually], I've been sleeping well, but then I'm eating badly as hell and I cannot take this anymore.
I just realized right now that the motivation I need is too high for all of the temptations out there.
But today, I made the decision to actually start fasting and writing this blog will keep me from falling again on the tricks of those sugary treats.
From now on, and for a count of 27 days I'll be drinking just water.
I'll be working out AF, and I'll keep you updated with every improvement I do.
It's time to give my body the RESET it needs.
